Not only is the Cocktail Farm Club a great way to support a family farm in Buckley, WA, with a responsible sourcing ethos and some really cute kids that may one day want to go to college, it's your best shot at trying some of our most sought out flavors. Why? Because we work with whole ingredients and harvest fresh ingredients to make a product with a very fast turn around, and producing that way is hard and, unlike so many things in this modern life, production is actually limited. By keeping these flavors exclusive to a limited number of customers within the Farm Club we can keep our focus on bringing you the highest quality possible, freshest in season flavors, and unique ingredients. This is not highly efficient industrialized food- this is garden to glass.

Subscription management can be done at our website, www.simplegoodnesssisters.com. From any page, look in the top right corner of the page for the person icon. Click on the person. This will take you to an account log in step. If you joined the CFC before 2023, you may or may not have created an account and may need to create a new one. The email you use for this log in must match the email you entered at check out when you purchased the cocktail farm club. If you remember it and your password, log in.

Check your inbox to see where your order confirmation and shipping alert emails are going, and that is the one you will want to use for the account. Still unsure? Once you're logged in, your account home will look something like this. Your full order transaction history will be shown here, not just your subscription account orders. To manage your subscriptions, click on "My Subscriptions."

It will take you to a page with a sumary of your subscription history with us. Click on the subscription number to see details and make changes.

Here you can edit the contents of the subscription (such as changing a cocktail subscription to a mocktail box, or picking out the flavor of the second flavor of syrup in your box, as well as pause, cancel or skip an order. For this example I want to change from a cocktail box to a mocktail box, so I select "edit."

The next screen shows all active subscriptions and allows you to choose which one you want to edit by clicking the edit box.

When you click on that box it will show you all available changes for the subscription, such as changing the size of your box, picking the flavor of a second syrup, or moving to a mocktail or cocktail version of your subscription box. I selected the mocktail version of the box I had, because I am doingdry January and want only mocktail recipes this time around. I can always change this back at any time, or event alternate monthly what type of box I want to receive, as long as I enter these changes in my subscription account before the 15th of the shipping month (shipping months are all even numbered months.)

You can see below I have almost completed my edit but there is another KEY step.

The subscription edits page above is also where you can change the address where your subscriptions are delivered. Please note- this address is not always the same as your customer account address, because some customers pay for abox using an address attached to their credit card but then have the box physically shipped somewhere else, such as a work place for safer delivery, or a friend's house as a gift.

Once your changes are saved by hitting "continue," you will return to the summary page for your subscriptions and here you can make any other edits you need such as changing your method or skipping an order.
