Visions of sugar plums danced in our heads this year as we crafted our Sugar Plum Syrup, made with locally harvested Italian plums and warm, winter spices. This syrup is beautifully, vibrantly colored naturally using the dark purple skins of the ripe plums, which contain a deliciously sweet-tart golden fruit. With a rich, honeyed sweetness, often accompanied by subtle floral notes, plum is the stone fruit that time forgot, but this classic syrup deserves a revisit in your cocktails. Try it in a Gin Sour or a simple soda, and you will be amazed by it's naturally complexity, which we've preserved through this festive syrup.
We start with real fruit, including our own, and source organically grown spices. These are the most intense and naturally flavored simple syrups on the market- for real.
ALL SYRUPS ARE:Vegan, made with organic cane sugar and whole ingredients, from scratch in small batches in glass bottles. Free from dyes, extracts and artificial additives. Shelf-stable up to 18 months, refrigerate after opening.
