Huckleberry Spruce Tip

Sweet, sour and elusive, the huckleberry is a PNW native gem. Foraging huckleberries has been a tradition in our family for generations. With the added acidity of blue spruce, harvested by PNW natives for hundreds of years, Huckleberry-Spruce tells a flavor story of summer in the Northwest, of our roots, and the land we love. Our coastal huckleberries are professionally foraged and our spruce is grown right on our farm. Our inventory every year is very limited so get it now while we have it, because we only bottle once a year in the spring but the bottles never last that long. We start with whole ingredients foraged by hand, and include hundreds of pounds of berries in each batch. These are the most intense and naturally flavored simple syrups on the market- for real.

While everything we make and grow at Simple Goodness Sisters makes delicious garden to glass cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks, we encourage you to enjoy it however, whenever you want. Add it to vanilla ice cream for a grown up and kid friendly milkshake or drizzle it over waffles for a delicious taste of the Pacific Northwest huckleberry.
