Mowich Mule Syrup

LIMITED RELEASE: The spiciness of ginger is contrasted with the tartness of lime and punctuated with a tangy vinegar in this "drinking vinegar" or "shrub" syrup. This syrup can be used as a substitute as a replacement for a high end ginger beer. Made specifically for mules and bucks, this syrup also works beautifully in nonalcoholic drinks, shrub sodas with seltzer, and other cocktails.

Please note that this is a shrub, unlike most of our syrup flavors- Shrubs are syrups made with vinegar and organic cane sugar for a healthful syrup that instantly creates a sweet-sour balance in drinks, with only one ingredient.  They have been known to help balance the gut with their vinegar and to promote digestion. 

Pairs well with: whiskey, vodka,  dark rum, Mezcal, prosecco, cider, brandy

ALL SYRUPS ARE: Vegan, made with organic cane sugar and whole ingredients, from scratch in small batches in glass bottles. Free from dyes, extracts and artificial additives. Shelf-stable up to 18 months, refrigerate after opening.
