Belinda Kelly is the co-founder of Simple Goodness Sisters, a farm-to-bar beverage brand rooted in seasonal, garden-to-glass ingredients, thoughtful sourcing, and a deep connection to the Pacific Northwest. Her work is centered on creating vibrant, flavor-driven drinks that celebrate what’s growing locally.
Her path into the beverage world began with Happy Camper Cocktail Company, one of the country’s first mobile bar businesses. Known for its creative, seasonal menus, the business earned Seattle’s Best Bar three years in a row before Belinda sold it in 2021. That experience helped shape her signature “farm-to-bar” approach and inspired the launch of Simple Goodness Syrups in 2018—a line of naturally preserved, whole-ingredient syrups crafted from farm-grown and locally sourced ingredients.
In 2020, Belinda and her sister Venise expanded that vision by opening the Simple Goodness Soda Shop, a modern “farm-to-glass” reimagining of the classic soda fountain. Together, they continue to grow the Simple Goodness Sisters brand, bringing seasonal flavors from the farm into everyday drinks.
Belinda is also the co-author of Drink Your Garden: Recipes, Stories and Tips from the Simple Goodness Cocktail Farm (2025), where she shares her approach to capturing and preserving the flavors of each season through gardening and drink-making.
She regularly teaches cocktail and mocktail classes across the Pacific Northwest, focused on “drinking your garden,” zero-waste bartending, and botanical beverages, and consults with brands looking to bring a more authentic farm-to-bar perspective into their work.
Drawing on her expertise on both ends of the farm-to-bar movement, Belinda also consults brands on integrating the movement into their brand story. She loves food in all forms, serving others through serving drinks, bourbon and cold dips, singing Dolly Parton karaoke, and her family of wild boys.
