Pumpkin Spice Fizz: A Pumpkin Spice and Ginger Beer Mocktail

September 24, 2025

As the leaves change and the air gets crisp, there's nothing quite like a warming autumn drink to celebrate the season. This Pumpkin Spice Ginger Beer Mocktail combines the cozy flavors of fall with a refreshing fizzy kick that's perfect for any gathering!

Ingredients

  • 3 oz cup ginger beer (chilled)
  • 3/4 oz Simple Goodness Pumpkin Spice syrup
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Ice cubes
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish
  • Orange slice for garnish

Make it

  1. Add a scoop of ice to a cocktail shaker, then add orange juice, syrup, and muddle in the lemon wedge.
  2. Cap and shake until the cocktail is cold, about 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a coupe or champagne flute, then add the chilled ginger beer , stirring gently to combine without flattening the carbonation.
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and orange slice.

Make it a batch: Multiply this for a party and serve in a beverage dispenser. Garnish the cups individually as served. Be sure to chill all ingredients before mixing, and avoid adding too much ice to the mix or it will become watery and over diluted.

Spice it up: rim the glass with cinnamon sugar for extra sweetness.

Non-alcoholic options: This mocktail is naturally alcohol-free, making it perfect for family gatherings, brunches, or any time you want to enjoy fall flavors without the buzz. If you want to add to the complexity of the drink, add 1 ounce of a nonalcoholic bitter aperitif like the Pathfinder or Ghia to the cocktail. It will add a sophisticated flavor punch and a layer of bright red color.
