Nothing signals celebration quite like a festive, garden-to-glass beverage- that's where our cocktail kits come in. The Cocktail Farm Club is a fresh take on a farm CSA, and a cocktail kit subscription like no other. After you join, you'll receive a drink kit of freshly made garnishes and drink syrups grown on our farm—such as Cucumber Jalapeno Lime, Blueberry Lavender or Apple Pie—every two months (6 x per year.) Each release allows for a variety of drink possibilities and includes recipes and instructional videos to help you create our unique garden-to-glass cocktails and mocktails for the whole family. As well, each release is grown with a whole lot of heart by us, so we’re thrilled to finally be sending them your way!

As farmers and bartenders, we love the inspiration that comes from each growing season. We walk regularly through the garden, touching the delicate leaves of the herbs, observing the growth of the cucumber plants, enjoying the vivid hues of the flowers as they uncurl their petals to greet the day. Often, at day's end while watering the garden rows, we mix up a quick cocktail from what we find in the garden beds. The vision for the Cocktail Farm club was born from this routine. With each release we intend to give you a delicious glimpse into what is growing around us on the cocktail farm. 

With the Cocktail Farm Club, Belinda and I aim to bring your family the best offerings of each season of the Simple Goodness cocktail farm, as well as the tools to turn these drink mixers into world class drinks. Members get first dibs on our newest and most popular syrups, such as the Apple Pie syrup that sold out in three days last Fall. Now our Club members will be guaranteed to receive our most limited and special flavors. Further, we’re excited to help you hone your skills as garden to glass bartenders, together. Each release box comes with 3 beautiful and easy to follow recipe cards and recipe videos, and includes non-alcoholic "mocktail" instructions as well as cocktail recipes. These recipe cards will walk you through exactly how to make each drink, for delicious and beautiful results

We carefully curate each box to include seasonal drink mixers and garnishes. For example, the May release included Huckleberry Spruce Tip syrup, Lemon Herb syrup, and a floral sugar rimmer. These flavors are paired together purposefully, as they complement one another and together, offer the potential to make dozens of unique drink and food recipes. Huckleberry is a unique Pacific Northwest native berry, similar to the blueberry. We source ours from a foraging team that travels to the wild, high elevation plants. The success of each year’s harvest depends on nature since this plant resists domestication, and is thereby always limited. A huckleberry picker's harvest locations are guarded as family heirlooms in the Northwest, so sacred is this fruit. The huckleberry syrup is given a bright citrus backbone through infusing the fresh growth of spruce trees. Spruce Tips have intense citrus flavors when harvested fresh in early Spring, so we harvest and bottle the syrup within a few days. The result is a flavor that has gained a cult following, and is now available only through Cocktail Farm Club membership.

• September shipment Featured Syrup: Apple Pie syrup featuring heirloom pressed apple cider from the Simple Goodness Farm, single origin cinnamon bark from Burlap & Barrel and organic, sustainably grown whole vanilla beans from Mexico via Magaya Foods.
