These ladies can’t wait to share their passion for sustainable farming, bold flavors, and the beautiful PNW with you! Bartender Belinda is the owner of the Happy Camper Cocktail Company, a garden-to-glass mobile bar, and farmer Venise grows herbs and edible flowers on the Simple Goodness cocktail farm in Buckley, WA.

Come learn from the best as they share how to grow, muddle, craft, and garnish your drinks with homegrown plants, demonstrating how each herb, flower, fruit, and vegetable can be used to make tasty and delicious drinks at home. The fun doesn’t stop there! You will have the opportunity to sample their delicious “mocktail” (nonalcoholic) versions of their cocktails and learn how to mix your own garden to glass drinks at home using the ingredients you grow.
