Kate’s Video Blog: Loading the Goats in the Car

We were packing the car for the Lewis County Youth Fair and when we went to load Dozer and Sade we found out Dozer was too fat to fit the kennel with Sade. Ross’ truck was broken so we had to get creative. We drove the whole way (2 hours) with the goats in the back of the car without the kennel. They were pretty quiet and didn’t make too big of a mess although Sade did try a couple times to jump over the seat into our laps so we made Pearl (our Blue Heeler) ¬†sit with us and she kept the goats back. It was REALLY stressful figuring it all out and we had to sit with all our luggage under our feet so it wasn’t a super comfortable ride but we made it!
